Our client is one of the most well established estate agencies in London who pride themselves on their staff who have an in-depth knowledge of the property market and who are proud to work for our client. They are looking for an experienced renewals clerk/negotiator to join their fast paced, motivated team.
Job details for the Renewals Clerk/Negotiator Role
• Negotiating the terms of renewals
• Ensuring all details are correct before passing onto the legal administrators
• Liaising between landlords and tenants
• Preparing the correct legal documents
• Provide specialist advice to clients to achieve the best results
• Monday – Friday 9am – 8pm
Criteria for the Renewals Clerk/Negotiator Role
• Experience in negotiating, ideally in estate agency
• Strong knowledge of property markets
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Sales driven and self motivated
• Fantastic customer service skills

Package for the Renewals Clerk/Negotiator Role
• £16k Basic OTE £30k per annum
