We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, which means our service isn’t just about throwing people together. Our thorough processes match up candidates with their ideal employers and vice versa. We listen closely and work with both employers and candidates to discover what drives and inspires you, what makes you tick and what you are looking for.
Once we’ve got to know you, we can then start trying to find that ideal candidate or job role for you. Our selective process means we only put the right candidates forward for the right roles, instead of sending out thousands of CVs for each opportunity.
Our Humble Beginnings
While Turner Wise is now made up of a flourishing team of recruitment consultants, it wasn’t always that way. We were founded by Fiona Wise (now Fiona Turner).
Fiona had previously worked in the property sector for over 4 years, starting out in a leading London estate agency. After progressing rapidly from trainee to senior negotiator, she moved into property recruitment in 2010. This was partly to develop her expertise, and partly because she had decided on a new career path. During her 5 years with a London real estate recruitment specialist, she moved from a consultant all the way up to the Head of the estate agency division, managing a team of 5 and developing key client accounts along the way.
In 2015, Fiona made the big move and established Turner Wise specialist recruitment, growing bigger and better with every passing year.
