Client Services Consultant
Our client is a young, independent property company, founded in 2002 and covering Sales, Lettings and Property Management. We cover central, East and South London, with ambitious plans for expansion in the future. They are looking for a client service consultant to generate new business for sales and lettings offices through building and maintaining relationships with past, existing and new vendors and landlords.
Job details for Client Services Consultant
• Contacting extensive company database of clients and applicants to discuss current and future sale or lettings plans for properties, via phone in the first instance and following up via email
• Generating valuation and instruction opportunities for front office managers
• Offering additional services to contacts eg mortgages, removals and conveyancing
• Updating CRM system with comprehensive notes for future contact
• Keeping in regular contact with sales and lettings managers across the business to ensure that all leads are followed up

• Good time management and organisational skills

• Good administrative skills
Package for the Client Services Consultant
• £16k basic OTE £30k per annum
• Mon- Fri- 9am- 6pm
