Our client is currently looking for a Client Services Consultant to join their offices in West London.
Job details for Client Services Consultant
- Booking valuations for sales and lettings managers
- Finding new leads from a number of sources and following these through to confirm bookings
- Keeping the internal database updated and ensuring all new leads are added in a timely manner in order to arrange the valuation
- Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with sales and lettings managers
- Creating and continually expanding any potential future business
- Generating mortgage referrals
Criteria for the Client Services Consultant
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, hardworking and emotionally intelligent
- Customer/client services experience desirable but not essential
- An up to date knowledge of the London property market
- Commercially minded
Package for the Client Services Consultant
- £15k basic between OTE £30-40k per annum
