Our client is one of the most well known, dynamic and innovative estate agency. You will be working on behalf of a prestigious developer, selling a variety of apartments for the new development. They attract, develop and reward the best, and most diverse, people in thier industry, challenging them to develop enduring client relationships built on quality service, collaboration and trust. You will be dealing with a selection of clients, from international private investors and existing home owners. This New Homes Sales Negotiator role is based in Chelsea and will require a New Homes Sales Negotiator, who has previous customer service experience and who would like to begin or continue their career in property sales.
Job details for the New Homes Sales Negotiator Role
• Registering applicants in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to sell ‘off plan’
• Carrying out viewings around the show homes, going through floor plans and miniature models
• Maintaining the internal database
• Learning and having a good understanding of the market and industry
• Managing client database
• Exceeding customer expectations and going above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service as well as achieving sales targets
Criteria for the New Homes Sales Negotiator Role
• Team player with a positive can do attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ambitious and organised
• Experience in sales desirable but not essential
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Previous New Homes Sales Negotiating experience and knowledge of the local property market are preferable though not essential
Package for the New Homes Sales Negotiator Role
• £26k basic OTE £50k per annum
